It’s been so busy with Christmas parties, shopping and visits to Berlin’s many Christmas Markets in the last couple of weeks that I have barely found time to blog or create anything.
I thought I would quickly share these reindeer biscuits that I made to take into the office last week.
The biscuit dough is just a really simple shortbread recipe consisting of:
- 125g butter
- 55g caster sugar
- 180g flour
Combine ingredients and roll out to 1cm thick. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes (ish), keeping an eye on them to make sure the bottoms don’t burn.
The cookie cutter is one I picked up a few weeks ago in Butlers for a couple of Euros and has been used no end in various festive crafting and baking already.
My colleagues didn’t seem to mind and gobbled them up anyway.
